The first floor contains similar accommodation, but with a diet and milk kitchen in place of one of the rest rooms/libraries.
The two lecture theatres. seating 69 and 78 students respectively, are equipped for 16 mm. cinematograph projection, as well as slide projec- tion, and are also air-conditioned by the use of unit conditioners.
The floors are raked and the built-in desks, each with a separate tip-up seat, are tiered. The lecturers' dais. desk and cupboards are also built-in.

The two practical rooms are large, airy and well-lighted. Each has opening off it a sterilizing room,
equipped with sinks, draining-boards laying-up slabs, electrically heated boiling-type sterilizers etc., and a sluice and test room equipped with મૈં standard sluice suite, bed-pan steriliser, bed-pan and bottle rack etc. The centre portion of each practical room is separated by breast-high partitions and complete- ly equipped as a six-bed ward, with lockers, bed-head lights, sockets and various types of bed.
The diet kitchen is equipped with work-benches and tables, sinks. cup- boards, two refrigerators and four domestic-size electric cookers.
The domestic staff block is a three-storey building containing three large dormitories, dining and
recreation room with kitchen and communal lavatories on the two up- per floors. The ground floor con- tains a laundry and ironing room with drying yard.
This block will house the female domestic staff.
Lifts: Four passenger elevators and one service elevator installed in Nurses and Sisters' Quarters by Otis Elevator Company.
