Use of short stairways, which com- bine with spaciousness on different floor levels to convey an impression of residing in a house, is a feature of apartments contained in Peace Man- sions, a recently-completed block in Tai Hang Road, overlooking Happy Valley, Hong Kong.
Another notable feature is the use of colourful tiles in all the main entrance lobbies.
