Mr. Crozier said;

"I am very glad to be allowed to speak on this important occasion, and to add my congratulations to the Trustees and staff of New Asia College on the completion and de- dication of this fine new building which SO worthily enshrines the work being carried on here. This occasion is important not only as far as the College is concerned. is of importance also in the wider sense of being a landmark in Hong Kong's development of Chinese high- er education. On the road of that development, there are other mile- stones ahead, and obstacles to be overcome.
