Land on the industrial estate is available at highly competitive rates. cheaper than at Petaling Jaya in Kuala Lumpur, the nation's biggest industrial complex which is now full
up.
In and around Ipoh. there is also a plentiful supply of skilled and un- skilled labour, both male and female, and in addition, the Ipoh area boasts of the best trained technicians avail- able in the country by reason of its numerous foundries that have exten- sive business with the tin and iron mining industries in the state.
