Modern Apartments off Argyle Street

As always, in the vanguard of the development of Kowloon, the Credit Foncier d'Extrême-Orient have once more taken the initiative in the development of an area in Kowloon which has just been made available for building. This area is to the north of Kowloon Hos- pital and embraces that part of Argyle Street which was recently opened with the completion of the cutting of Argyle Street through to Prince Edward Road. In this ideal location for European residential buildings, Messrs Credit Foncier d'Extreme-Orient have erected a three- storied double block of flats containing four one-room studio apartments, two three-room apartments, and four four-room apartments, which are completely self-contained with ample pantry, kitchen and servants space, and each bedroom provided with its own bathroom and built-in cupboards.
