Another beautiful McCray installation is shown in the abave photograph, that of the Hong Kong Dairy Farm's new establishment at Windsor House.
The equipment consists of three FOB, one FS8, one V-I-8, one FN8, and one F06 M.Cray Cabinets.
These cabinets are specially designed for maximum food display value together with “Morning dew freshness”.
