They are made with expanding sides to grip the sides of the hole as the bolt is tightened. The hole is made with a Rawltool, the Rawlbolt placed in position and tightened. There is no filling in with cement or waiting for it to harden. The fixture can be used immediately. Rawlbolts are made in various sizes from 3/16" to 1" diameter bolt.
