The ground floor is for the Coun- cil's administrative offices and will be accessible to the public.

There are concrete grilles on the ground floor making the place airy and permitting maximum light.

Entrance to the building is further enhanced by round moulded columns.

The first floor will contain the Town Council chamber. It is finish- ed in panelled wood and fitted with sound-proof acoustic tiles for meet- ings.

Separate access is provided for the upper floors which have been built for future expansion of the Town Council. Until required for this purpose. they will be made
