The new scheme is an ambitious one, envisaging as it does the building of a comprehensive self-contained com- plex, where all aspects of film produc- tion can be executed.
As can be seen from the accompany- ing sketch plan, the project comprises four sound stages, auxiliary production accommodation, processing and ad- ministrative buildings, and a wide variety of quarters for employees.
Under the designation of the Southern Company Limited, the studios will be built in three stages.
