of lifts, public lighting, janitors cleaning, management. Crown Rent and other sundries necessary to maintain the property in good order. This sum may be varied at the discretion of the Directors to meet the increased or decreased cost of services. Government Rates and Land- lord's Property Tax are payable by each

flat owner.

The site including gardens, approaches. etc., comprises a total area of about 45.000 square feet. The two blocks, however, are arranged symmetrically on a levelled plat- form, 320 feet by 140 feet, which is reached by a steep approach drive from Mount Kellett Road.

Each block contains six three-bedroom and six two-bedroom flats, one of each type on each floor.

The accommodation provided in each living room, dining room. apartment comprises entrance hall, two or three bedrooms as the case may be, two bath-

rooms and two servants' rooms. The flats

are fully equipped with fitted cupboards, drying room, open coal fireplace and other fitments. A large verandah in the front part of each flat extends the full length of the living room and master bedroom. A self-operated lift in each block serves the upper floors. Garage space is provided for each owner at the lower ground floor level of the blocks, while between them is a small fenced children's playground.

Gas points are installed for cooking equipment in each kitchen.
