No definite allocation has yet been inade for the setting out of the third and fourth floors, but they will prob- ably contain additional general of- fices, reception rooms, Managing Dir- ector's office and a large Board room for the meetings of the Board of Directors.
According to present plans, when the first phase of the project is com- pleted the building will be five storeys high, but at a later date the second phase will be added which will con- sist of six additional floors to the corner block, as and when required.
The piling work has already start- ed with Vibro Piles, but no General Contractors has yet been appointed for the building construction work.
