The external face of the main and cast elevations of the building below the canopy height will be finished in polished granite, with square marble pattern, above the shop fronts on Chiu Lung Street, to match with the square windows of the mezzanine Hoor.

Above the canopy, the Queen's Road frontage will be divided into six panels by concrete vertical fins. with the spandrels below the windows finished with coloured terracotta tiles in a harmonious combina- tion of blue, grey, cream and white. The frontage on Chiu Lung Street will follow the same design with the addition of con- crete fins separating every window as a varying architectural feature, and to pro. tect against the direct rays of the eastern

sun.

The elevation on Douglas Lane, on the west side, will have similar treatment ex- cept around the lavatory windows grouped on that side.
