TROPOSPHERIC SCATTER STATION at CAPE D'AGUILAR recently completed for Cable & Wireless Ltd.

This Hong Kong based member of the GAMMON GROUP has, since its inception ten years ago, played a large part in the construction development of the Colony.

The Mandarin Hotel, Prince's Building, Realty Build- ing, Entertainment Building and Bank of Canton are among the many prominent Landmarks built on substructures constructed by the Company. GAM- MON Piles, chiefly the patented COLCRETE Driven Piles and including large-diameter bored piles and other types, have provided sound foundations for over 300 buildings in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories.

ves, moorings and berths for tankers in many instances to its own designs.

On land, in addition to foundation work, the Com- pany has undertaken steel erection for buildings and in specialized structures, road construction, site for- mation, drainage, bridges, and water schemes, includ- ing parts of the Plover Cove Water Scheme. It is cur- rently engaged on the building and civil engineering work required for Messers. Cable & Wireless Ltd's new Hong Kong Satellite Tracking Station at Stanley.
