LEVER FURNITURE
The handles, back plates and spin- dle of the Kenrick Breelok, developed by Archibald Kenrick & Sons Ltd., West Bromwich, Staffs, UK, are mould- ed in nylon while the patented spring mechanism is of delrin, the engineering material used in the production of gears and bearings.
The unit is non-corrodable and can be fitted on inside or outside doors. The lever handle is moulded with thumb and first finger indentations with a sleek, tapering line retained throughout the unit's overall design.
Made for universal left or right hand fitting, the set consists of two lever

ADHESIVE LETTERING
A new range of self-adhesive letters introduced by Moral Ltd., Gresham Road, Staines, Middlesex, UK, as the Rivi system, is suitable for both internal and external use. Easily applied, the system provides permanent or tem- porary signs which are resistant to all weather conditions and easily cleaned.
Rivi letters and symbols are cut from matt-surfaced 0.01 in. thick (0.25

mm.) vinyl sheet, which is backed with a high-bond-strength, pressure-sensitive adhesive. Signs may be formed on flat surfaces of virtually any type, including glass, metal, wood and tiles, the ad- hesive curing to a permanent bond.
If an irregular surface is used as a background, a complete bond is pre- vented and the letters may be easily removed when required. The range in- cludes the alphabet, numerals and signs for telephone, dining and toilet facili- ties, all of which are available in black, white, blue and red.
The alphabet is produced in a sans- serif style, both condensed and nor- mal, in 10 sizes rising in in. (12.7 mm.) increments from 1⁄2 in. to 5 in. (127 mm.), plus a 7 in. (177.8 mm.) size. Symbols are also up to 7 in. high. The range is supplied as individual letters, sheets of letters, words and a 100-item assortment of the alphabet.
Also available are kits for producing complete signs. These include large sheets of polystyrene to provide a background for the letters and double- sided adhesive tape.
TILES
Four each of six different sizes of ceramic tile are used to give a random effect to the Jasba-Mosaik tile panel known as Sextett, which is supplied with a fabric backing, ready for mount- ing. Two types of tile, the glazed Antik and the matt-surfaced Prestige, are available in this format from Jasba- Mosaik Heinz Schwaderlapp KG, 5419 Oetzingen/Westerwald, W. Germany.
Each Sextett panel measures 31.5 by 42.1 cm., and covers an area of 0.133 sq. m. It is composed of four
tiles in each of the six sizes, 7.5 by 12.5, 5 by 12.5, 2.5 by 12.5, 7.5 by 7.5, 5 by 7.5 and 2.5 by 7.5 cm. These are arranged in such a way as to produce corresponding indentations and projections on top and bottom and on opposite sides, that interlock with those of adjacent panels to form a continuous pattern on the wall.
Antik Sextett is supplied in five mottled and glazed finishes, with red, green, blue, brown and gold grounds, while the matt-finished, textured Pres- tige Sextett may be obtained in off- white, olive green, brown or grey-black. The panels weigh 11 to 12 kg.
Antik and Prestige tiles, measuring 5 cm. square, are also available in the same colour ranges. They are made up

into fabric-backed rectangular panels, 63.2 by 31.6 cm. Each panel contains 72 tiles and weighs 9 to 10 kg.
The manufacturers are interested in contacting agents in S.E. Asia.
SANITATION
Unpleasant odours can be removed from lavatories by an air-purifying unit produced by Pan-Air Flow Ltd., Trojan Way, Purley Way, Croydon, Surrey, UK.
The main hardened-plastic casing, incorporating an extractor unit, is fit- ted by a metal bracket to one of the seat bolts, and sucks air from the pan through a plastic hose for treatment before re-entry into the room.
To ensure the effectiveness of the Pan-Air unit, two lengths of self- adhesive sponge seal, each 11% in. (29.8 cm.)long, are fixed to the under- side of the seat, allowing air to enter only at the front and be drawn out through a narrow gap at the back, to which the extractor hose is led. The weight of a body on the lavatory seat activates a micro-switch, set under the seat at the hinge, which starts the ex- tractor unit.
