A panoramic view of Singapore will be obtained from all levels of the building. Each floor. from first to eighteenth, consists of three apart- ments, linked by a central core of lift wells, lobby and common pas- sages. Each apartment occupies one arm of the Y-shape.

Floor area of each apartment is about 1,800 sq. ft. It has three large bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and ser- vants quarters with separate toilet and shower facilities.
Wide balconies are provided for the living and dining rooms, and two of the bedrooms, and there is a se- parate entrance to the servants quar- ters.
The building will be supported by a reinforced concrete raft foundation and the structure will comprise a re- inforced concrete framework with brick infill panels.
Teak parquet flooring will be laid in all areas except bathrooms, kit- chen, balconies, lift lobby and stairs which will be finished in mosaics.
Aluminium sliding windows will be fitted and doors will be of tanalized timber framing with teak veneer ply- wood facing
The overall cost of the develop- ment, excluding furnishings. is es- timated at M$2 million.
