contours of the site, all buildings were kept to below four storeys.

A separate water supply scheme was provided. Water from a stream course immediately above the water catchment is filtered and stored before being supplied to the prison by gravity. Salt water is used for flushing pur- poses. Two septic tanks are built for the sewage system, with effluent dis- charged to the sea.
