Aluminium Fitting Form Matching Suite
MATCHING pressed aluminium lever door handles, grip handles, casement stays and fastener. a hat-and-coat hook, and a letterplate comprise the new County suite. All the items are available silver or pale gold anodised, and several have hidden fixings.
Among the latter are the two lever door handles illustrated, one with a lock plate measuring 71⁄2 by 1% in.: the other, latching only, is 4 by 1% in. and in each case the lever is 51⁄2 in. long.
Of the four grip handles, the two larger, 12 in. and 16 in., are for hid- den fixing, whereas the 4 in. and 7 in. screw from the face. Casement stays may be 10 or 12 in. long; the hat-and-coat hook is 51⁄2 in. A smart.

SLIDING DOOR
Incorporates Automatic Closing Device
STEELCRAFT's new "J" series sliding fire door is operable at all times re- gardless of the position of the door and in event of a fire, it will automa- tically close.
Both single and double sliding doors are available, the maximum size being 10 ft. wide x 12 ft. high.

The steel door panels are made with a phenolic resin honeycomb core, which provides tough reinforc- ing and resistance to impact and damage. They are bonderized, for rust prevention and prime painted with baked enamel.

MIXING Valve Fitting Controls Flow To Shower or Bath
KNOWN as the Leonard combination B-TS. a recently-introduced bath and shower control comprises the existing Leonard 72 shower-mixing valve and a specially-designed Unoflo tap, both thermostatically controlled.
It has been designed for plumbing into a solid or false wall behind
chrome-plated concealing plates.

Leonard bath and shower control
The fitting provides independent selection of temperature and spray force for the shower, and temperature control at a constant flow for the tap. Both parts of the system are claimed to deliver water at the required force even when working with a low water pressure.
The shower head, attached to a 4 ft. long flexible tube, can either be fixed to the wall at one of two heights or held in the hand.

ACCELERATOR PUMP Fixed-output Circulator Suits Open-cirecuit installations

INTENDED primarily for new existing open-circuit domestic hot- water systems, the B.S.A. Harford H-W fixed-head accelerator pump is also said to have applications in hotels and office blocks, where an immediate supply of hot water throughout the building is required.
Ruggedly constructed, the pump is designed to operate at water tempera- tures up to 120 deg. C. It has a bronze housing and impeller, stainless- steel shaft and a mechanical seal. The motor, which is claimed to be re- liable and efficient, is rated for single- or three-phase elec- tricity supply, at 0.75 or 0.5 amp. respectively.

Running at 1,400 r.p.m., it gives a head varying between 71⁄2 ft. at zero flow and 1 ft. at 20 g.p.m. The finish is hammered-green enamel, and the H-W may be installed on its side or upright, either on its own baseplate or fitting supported by the pipework.

ADHESIVE
Epoxy Resin With Built-in Vapour Barries
A NEW epoxy resin based adhesive with the trade name T.C. 101, pro- vides its own vapour barrier and has been developed for use on a concrete to earth base, where there is no d.p.c. and on all floors where the moisture content is too high to permit the use of standard flooring adhesives.
It is equally effective on wood floors, and is designed for use with p.v.c. sheet or tiles, felt base, lino- leum, cork or foam backed materials.
T.C. 101 is a two-component pro- duct consisting of resin and activator. The two constituents are thoroughly mixed together and applied to the base with a serrated edged steel
