"Contractors shall furnish and install size RED HEAD (Self-Drilling, Non-Drilling, or Stud) Anchors as manufactured by the Phillips Drill Company of Michigan City, In- diana, or equal. The anchor shall be of the cone expansion type, with self-cutting annu- lar broaching grooves, and having pull-out values as established by Pittsburgh Testing Laboratories."
