The tower is cruciform-shape on plan, the pro- jecting wings helping to give a much more slender appearance to the building than could have been achieved by a slab tower. The vertical members of the curtain walling are emphasised in natural anodized aluminium, contrasting with the window frames which are of dark grey anodized aluminium.

Space on each floor is 14,400 sq. ft., lifts and toilets being in a central core to give 11,000 sq. ft. of office space.
