Five ventilator sizes can be supplied. with respective opening diameters of 12, 14, 16, 20 and 24 in. and out- puts from 700 to 7,500 c.f.m. Maxi- mum overall diameters range from 24 to 48 in.

Steel Units with Range of Bowl Depths

Two other new tops, L2 and MW, double-draining-board models, each with a single bowl and a con- tinuous raised surround. Measuring 54 in. long by 18 in. wide, Model L2 has a bowl 171⁄2 in. long by 133⁄4 in. wide by 7% in. deep, which may be arranged to take a standard waste fit- ting. a basket strainer waste, or an electric food disposal unit.

SINK FITTING

Single Lever Controls Volume and Temperature

A TAPERED lever on the new Exilla sink fitting controls both the water volume and temperature, moving up to adjust water flow, left for hot and right for cold.

The swing spout is of cast brass. Internally, the working mechanism is a replaceable cartridge used in two other fittings made by the same manu- facturers, the Utilla lavatory fitting and the Shasta bath and shower con-

TWO new instantaneous water heat- the Dart, with variable tem- perature control. and the Severn multi-point, with built-in thermostat have been introduced by Main Morley, Ltd. Both fit Blush against

the wall.

The Dart, which is 16 in. high, 101⁄2 in. wide and 7 in. deep and has no flue. supplies water to the sink or washbasin at a temperature controlled by a selector immediately over the spout. Hot and cold water are mixed to the required degree ac- cording to the lever's position: the mixture becomes hotter as it is moved to the right to reveal more red, as opposed to white, in the indicator. Above the selector are the cold and hot taps and the on/off switch. The heater is finished in white and grey stoved enamed, with a stainless-steel

Circular Diffuser Fittings Accept 32 or 40 W Tubes

A RANGE of circular fluorescent diffuser fittings has been introduc- ed by Lumitron Ltd., 33 Alfred Place, London, W.C.1, for 32 or 40 W circular tubes. They are recom- mended for ceiling or wall installa- tion in kitchens, corridors, and stair- ways.

Both the 32 and 40 W sizes make use of a moulded opal plastic diffuser which can be supplied with either a
