Cover: Hong Kong's Murray Building, the new central headquarters of the public works department, is bounded on three sides by the roads and flyovers of the Garden Road complex. It is seen here from Cotton Tree Drive on its south side. A road bridge link from this flyover passes beneath the lower level arches of the building. Designed by the architectural staff of the PWD, Murray Building has 27 storeys and provides some 230,000 sq. ft. of usable floor area.
