RNATELY impressive in its subur- ban setting of crowded two- storey timber dwellings, the recently completed Iglesia Ni Cristo Chapel at Bago Bantay. Quezon City, with its six spires and strong vertical emphasis is a startling landmark in this low-lying outskirt of the Philip- pine capital.

The towering structure is located on a 6,300 sq. metre site on the north side of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, Bago Bantay.

It has a total floor area of 2,600 sq. metres and a total seating capacity of 2,580, including the balcony and choir. The overall width is 54.15 metres, the length 32 metres and the height 54 metres. Provision been made on the site for a minister's residence. rectory and caretaker's house.
