Flush Connector Box for Electric Cookers

MK flush connector box List No. 5045 posi- tioned below a flush Cooker Control Unit or control switch, provides a neat and secure termination for the flexible cable to the electric cooker

Flush steel box List No. 877 is especially suitable for use with the flush connector box List No. 5045 having four 4BA fixing holes at 2" centres and an internal depth of 17" to give ample wiring space. One 1" knockout in the top side, five " and five" in the other sides and base provide good conduit entry facilities.

M K flush connector box List No. 5045 consists of a moulded Ivory cover plate and a moulded terminal block mounted on a zinc plated steel grid which is adjustable to varying plaster levels. The terminal block has three very heavy section brass terminals for the L. N and E connections each having wide and deep chan- nels to accommodate up to two 7/.052" conductors which are clamped by two large diameter cable clamping screws. The earth terminal is connected to the steel grid ensuring earth continuity. An adjustable flex grip on the terminal block securely anchors the flexible cable.

The Ivory moulded flush cover plate is 3" square and has two 4BA fixing holes at 23" centres. On the front face of the cover plate is an attractively styled outlet for the flexible cable feeding the cooker.
