11. During 1965 the grade of “Secretary Stenographer" was replaced by two new grades "Personal Secretary" and "Shorthand-Audio Typist". The re-grading of serving officers has not yet been finalized and the Departmental establishments of secretarial staff are shown as a combined establishment of "Secretary Stenographer/Personal Secretary/Shorthand-Audio Typist". The authorized establishment of each class within the new grades together with their respective salary scales is as follows: —
