Under Personal Emoluments, the Estimate for 1966-67 shows an increase of $262,000 over the Revised Estimate for 1965-66; this is due to the creation of new broadcasting grades at improved scales of salary.

An overall increase of $236,800 is shown under Other Charges Annually Recurrent as compared with 1965-66. The main increases are included in Subhead 5-Programmes.

Under Special Expenditure, a revote of $16,400 is included for the replacement of 2 depart- mental vehicles by 1 Estate Car and 2 Austin Mini Vans.
