Under Other Charges Special Expenditure, the provision for new vehicles includes $21,700 for a 3-ton lorry and 2 motor scooters, $296,500 for a refuse collecting vehicle, 2 prime movers and 10 trailers and $96,400 for 2 street washing vehicles.
