Expenditure is partially covered by receipts from Colonial Develop- ment and Welfare funds under Revenue Head 13 at 59% of the expenditure up to a maximum of $339,200.

The revised total cost of the scheme is $5,106,700. This subhead provides for the contribution from Colonial Development and Welfare funds towards the scheme at 14/27th of the total cost up to a maximum of $2,240,000, expenditure being covered by receipts under Revenue Head 13. The balance of the cost is borne by the Fish and Vegetable Marketing Organizations.
