Under Establishment Branch, the posts of 1 Manager, Service Flats, 1 Clerk and 1 Clerical Assistant are provided for a new block of Service Flats which is expected to be completed in 1965. The posts of Education Officer, Assistant Education Officer, Senior Assistant Master/Mistresses, & Assistant Master/Mistresses and Certificated Master/Mistresses for the Training Unit cover officers seconded from the Education Department and are, with the exception of 1 post of Education Officer, offset by the reduction of an equivalent number of posts in that Department. In addition, 1 post of Clerical Assistant (offset by the reduction of 1 post each of Clerk and Office Attendant) is included for the Government Language School.

The remaining additional posts listed above are required to meet the increasing volume of work in the various Branches/Sections.
