This Subhead provides for the contribution from Colonial Development and Welfare funds towards the scheme at 14/27th of the total cost up to a maximum of $2,240,000, expenditure being covered by receipts under Revenue Head 13. The balance of the cost is borne by the Fish and Vegetable Marketing Organj- zations.
