1 additional post of Senior Co-operative Officer Class II, which is offset by the reduction of 1 post of Co-operative Officer Class I, is required to deal with an increase in administrative work at head- quarters. 1 additional post of Co-operative Officer Class II and 1 additional post of Co-operative Society Supervisor are provided to cope with the continuing growth of the Co-operative Movement in the Colony. The new post of Artist, offset by the reduction of 1 post under Head 22, is required for the preparation of scientific illustrations in support of fisheries research activities.
