The posts of 1 Photographer Class I, 5 Photographers Class II. 6 Assistant Photographers and 13 Laminating Operatives are the result of changes of nomenclature and salary scales of the previous posts of 1 Senior Photographer, 5 Photographers, 6 Photographic Assistants, and 13 Artisans Class I.
The 5 Supernumerary posts of Clerk approved by Special Warrant during the year were created to cope with increasing work in the compilation of the Final Register of Electors and Common Jurors.
Two new posts of Clerk are necessitated by the increase in the rate of registration for Identity Cards.
