Total Expenditure

Control of expenditure under Subhead I is vested in the Commissioner for Housing, and expenditure is reimbursed to the extent of 75% from Colonial Development and Welfare Funds and 25% from the Housing Authority with the aid of a loan from the Hong Kong Development Loan Fund. (See Head 12 Subhead 1 and Head 6 Subhead 5(2) ).

Control of expenditure under Subhead 2 is vested in the Director of Civil Aviation, and expenditure is reimbursed to the extent of 63% from Colonial Development and Welfare Funds (See Head 12 Subhead 2).
