Subhead 2

Reimbursed to the extent of 75% from Colonial Development and Welfare Funds and 25% from the Housing Authority with the aid of a loan from the Hong Kong Development Loan Fund (See Revenue Head 5E Subhead 1).

Subhead 3 Expenditure under this subhead is not reimbursed by Colonial Development and Welfare Funds.
