A sum of $25,000 was provided in 1921 Estimates under Public Works Extrae ordinary for the building of an Out Patient Department at the Government Civil Hospital, The work has been commenced and is expected to be completed during 1922. Provision has therefore been made for Staff, $1,894; Other Charges, $3,250; and Equipment
