CHARTER

1. Time Calculation:-

The Charter Fee is calculated from the time the ferry vessel is hired out to the Charterer, inclusive of such time the vessel is required to standby, until the last member of the charter party together with any equipment etc. brought onboard had left the ferry after the return trip. 2. Fee Caiculation

A. Day Charter

Charter fee is based on a minimum Charter of 5 hours. Sundays & Public Holidays are based on a minimum Charter of 8 hours. Any additional time will be charged on a pro-rata rate based on multiple of 5 minutes in column 3 of this Tariff,

40% discount on Weekdays (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)

10% discount on Saturdays (except Public Holidays} B. Night Charter

Charter fee is based on a minimum charter of 4 hours. 40% discount on Mondays to Thursdays, 30% discount on Fridays. (except Public Holidays and Public Holidays' eve) 20% discount on Sundays and Public Holidays. No discount will be given on Saturdays and Public Holidays' eve.

租船

.1.時間計算

由洽定之租船時間起,直至回程到達終點,船上搭客及屬 於租船者之物件,全部離開船隻後爲止,所有停候時間均照計 租值。

2. 給租計算

A. 日間租船——

平日起碼以五小時計。公衆假期及星期日起碼 以八小時計。如超過所訂時間,則以每五分鐘

為一單位,按照比例計算收費。

星期一至五照價六折優待,

星期六照價九折優待。

(公眾假期除外)

星期日及公眾假期不設折扣。

B. 港海夜遊 租船時間起碼以四小時計。 星期一至四照價六折優待, 星期五照價七折優待。 (公衆假期及其前夕除外)

星期日及公眾假期照價八折優待。 星期六及公眾假期前夕不設折扣。
