Sun Tung Lok Shark's Fin

Restaurant, originally known as Tung Lok, was established in 1940 by Mr. Yuen Kit, a prominant'merchant in shark's fin trade.

With the assistance of his son,

Patrick Shiu-Ying, Mr. Yuen

further expanded his catering business. A high-class restau- rant catered for the most discriminative connoiseurs, was opened under the name of Sun Tung Lok in 1969. The quality shark's fin, sea-food,

and game dishes have become so popular armong gourmets, a chain of branches have to be opened on both side of the harbour to accommodate the ever-growing clientele. The latest addition to the Sun Tung Lok catering empire, an elegant restaurant at the

Harbour City, a tourist centre in Tsim Sha Tsui, will be

opened at the end of 1981,
