↑ Parcels containing umbrellas, sticks, maps, plans, &c., or similar articies, will be accepted up to a maximum of 3 feet 3 inches (1 metre) in length, provided they do not exceed 7 inches (20 centimetres) in breadth or thickness. NOTE.-Services by German packet and via Siberia are suspended.
