For doing ship's business when no inward or outward Commission is earned, 20 cts. per Register ton The conversion into Hongkong currency of sterling freight inward to Hongkong, payable in Hongkong, shall, unless otherwise stipulated, be made at the rate for Bank Bills on London payable on demand; and the rate ruling at the close of a mail shall be the rate applicable to such purpose during the subsequent week.
