PART I.
Fees to be taken in respect of Mutters in which the Consul's Interposition is required by Law
For every declaration taken or recorded $ c. under the Merchant Shipping Acts, with a view to the registry, transfer and transmission of ships, in- terests in ships, or mortgages on ships.
2.-For endorsing a memorandum of change of master upon the certificate of registry, and initial- ing his signature ou agreement with crew, if re- quired
