223.--The compensation paid will in no case exceed $10. The compensationa payable in the case of parcels not weighing more than 7 b. is limited to $5.

224.- No compensation is payable for the loss or damage of an uninsured parcel sent to or from any British possession or Foreign country other than those mentioned above.

The compensation payable will be in accordance with the Rules contained in Rule 96. and with the General Regulations of the local Parcel Post, so far as these are applicable.
