TABLES OF CONSULAR FEES

To be taken in Chiua, Japan, and Corea, in pursuance of the Acts & Geo. IV., cap. 87, and 12 and 13 Vic., cap. 68, and of the China, Japan, and Corea (Consular Fees) Order in Council, 1887.

PART I.

Fees to be taken in respect of Matters in which the Consul's Interposition is required by Law

1. For every declaration taken or recorded $ c. under the Merchant Shipping Acts, with a view to the registry, transfer and transmission of ships, in- terests in ships, or mortgages on ships

2.- For endorsing a memorandum of change of master upon the certificate of registry, and initial- ing his signature on agreement with crew, if re- quired

.5. For granting a provisional certificate of re- gistry (this fee to be exclusive of fees ou de clarations)

4. For recording a mortgage of a ship, or shares in a ship, made under a certificate of mort- gage

5. For recording the transfer of a mortgage of a ship, or shares in a ship, made nader a certificate of mortgage

6. For recording the discharge of a mortgage of a ship, orshares in a ship, made under a certificate of mortgage

7. - For every sale of a ship, or shares in a ship. made before the Cousul mukr a certificate of sale

8. - For in petion of the register book of trans- actions of ships, kept, in pursuance of Merchant Shipping Acts..
