13. The following motions may be made without notice :—

(a.) Any motion for the confirmation of the minutes of the notice. Council, or for the adoption, modification, or rejection of the

report of

(b.) Any motion that a petition, or other paper, do lie on the

table, or be printed.

(c.) Any motion for the adjournment of the Council, or of a debate. (d) Auy motion for the suspension of the Standing Orders.
