No credit given for bottles that look dirty or greasy, or that appear to have been used for any other purpose than that of containing AERATED WATER, as such bottles are never used again by us.
No allowance can be made for breakage, ullage, or plunder in transit to or fro, the prices charged not covering such, or any risk.
