FITTED WITH LATHES AND TOOLS. DRIVEN BY STEAM,

IRON & BRASS FOUNDRIES, BOILER-MAKERS' SHOP, A large Smithy, and Carpenters' and Boat-builders' sheds, all superintended by resident. Europeans.

A DRY GODOWN,
