VI. VIII. IX. No Correspondence coming from, or through, or sent to the United Kingdom, or carried elsewhere, or brought here by any Contract Packet, shall be liable to any other Rate of Postage, than that charged by the Imperial Government, and the Postmaster General shall collect and receive as well all - Postage payable to this Colony, to Her Majesty, for the Imperial Postmaster General as for the Colonial Treasury.
