An Ordinance to provide for the Management and Control of Post Office for the Colony of Hongkong,-[3d May, 1862]

Statutes of the Imperial Parliament, is excepted from and out of the exclusive Privilege of the Imperial Post Office, shall within this Colony be and the same are bereby declared to be excepted from and out of the exclusive Privilege of the Postmaster General.
