LICENSING OF METALS: NEW REGULATIONS FOR EXPORT & IMPORT
As from Monday, Sept. 1, 1941, the licensing of metals will be transferred from the office of the Controller of Trade to that of the METALS CONTROLLER, MR. BERNARD JOHN LACÓN, M.1.Mech.E., at Holland House, first floor.
