Netherlands Government To Have Own Department
LONDON, July 20 (Reuter)- The determination of the Nether- iands Government to hold no par ley whatsoever with the Nazi re- gime is re-affirmed in an an- nouncement stating that Queen Wilhelmina has approved a num- ber of ministerial appointments.
The only change in personnel ls in the Defence Department. In view of the great Importance attached. particularly in the pre- sent circumstances, to the Nether- lands Navy, a separate Navy De- partment has been created.
This department will function under Vice-Admiral Fürstners, who was Chief of Naval Staff in 1936 and this year was made Comman- de--in-Chief in European waters

Nazi Diplomat's Baggage
BUENOS AIRES. July 29 (Reuter)-Coded documents discovered in the secret drawer of a powerful shortwave transmitter were seized by the Senate Investigating Committee as a part of the baggage of a Nazi diplomat.
The Committee called in an ex-; pert of the War Ministry for de- coding the documents.

Later, In connexion with the Berlin official protest, the Com- mittee issued a communique deny- ing violation of diplomatie mail on the ground that the selged packages comprised solely of transmitter and propaganda.
