Owing to shortage of swimmers, many of their members having joined "other clubs, the Chinese "Y" would not be able to participate in the proposed Triangular meet at the European X.M.C.A. pool on Saturday, May. 32. However, the aquatic gala will not be postponed for the Lai Tsun Swimating Union has sportingly agreed to meet the European "Y" instead. There will be two open invitation events, the women's 200-yards Relay and an Invitation water..polo tournament match.
Should the V.R.C, enter a team in the women's relay, there will be no doubt of its winning. for the team comprises Misses Vivienne Churn, Jackle Anderson, Ding Lopes and Celeste Guterres. This quartet of mermaids will even give a men's team a race for their money and that is saying something, Nevertheless, the Lai Tsun team Women's 20 yards. free style reputed to be in tip-top form jinvitation relay:-Victoria Recrea- RACING. — Hongkong Jockey and should be able to give the tion Club, La Taun Swimming
