LONDON, May 6 (Reuter)-SPEAKING IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS "THIS AFTERNOON, MR. The story of a clash between HERR HITLER and MR. MATSUOKA, Japanese Foreign Minister, during the lat ter's recent visit to Berlin, was published by the NEW YORK HERALD TRIBUNE, says Reuter.

The story, coming from that paper's Tokyo corres pondent, says that Herr Hitler raged and pounded with his fist on the table when Mr. Matsuoka refused the Fuehrer's invitation to join immediately in an attack on Britain.
